ShankLab is a comprehensive golf performance platform powered by AI. It combines swing analysis, round logging, practice tracking, and AI coaching into a single app — giving golfers everything they need to improve, all in one place.

The Goal🎯

Build a production-grade SaaS platform that goes far beyond basic swing tips. ShankLab needed to be a complete golf companion — analyzing swings, tracking rounds hole-by-hole, managing practice routines, generating pre-round game plans, and providing an always-available AI coach. All of it mobile-first, designed to be used at the range or on the course.

ShankLab was developed through our internal build pipeline — a streamlined spec-to-deployment workflow that compresses months of development into days. The result is a complete web application with AI vision capabilities, real-time coaching, secure authentication, subscription billing, and cloud-hosted media storage — all wired together and deployed to the edge.
