The Goal 🎯
Build a production-grade SaaS platform that goes far beyond basic swing tips. ShankLab needed to be a complete golf companion — analyzing swings, tracking rounds hole-by-hole, managing practice routines, generating pre-round game plans, and providing an always-available AI coach. All of it mobile-first, designed to be used at the range or on the course.
The Build 🤖
ShankLab was developed through our internal build pipeline — a streamlined spec-to-deployment workflow that compresses months of development into days. The result is a complete web application with AI vision capabilities, real-time coaching, secure authentication, subscription billing, and cloud-hosted media storage — all wired together and deployed to the edge.

Progressive Coaching: The AI identifies your root-cause flaw and focuses on one priority at a time, graduating you when metrics improve across consecutive sessions
Drill Tracking: Log practice sessions, track streaks, set weekly goals, and see AI-generated correlations between drills and score improvement
Smart Range Plans: AI-generated practice sessions in 15/30/60-minute durations, tailored to your current focus areas and available training aids
Pre-Round Game Plans: AI-generated hole-by-hole strategy with club recommendations, target areas, and weather-aware adjustments
