Overview🎥

LiveHosts connects brands and agencies with live-shopping hosts, the people who sell on camera for TikTok Shop and the platforms around it. Brands post what they need, hosts apply, and the two work out the rest between them.

It's a three-person company. Two founders bring the live-selling world and run the business. Holy Schmitt Studios is the technical co-founder.

The Partnership🤝

The founders had the idea, the network and a prototype. What a company needs beyond that is a technical partner who treats it as their own: not a vendor with a scope, but a co-founder who owns the whole technical side and shows up for the parts nobody writes a brief for.

That's the role. Product and engineering, the accounts and services a company runs on, payments, the tooling the team uses to operate day to day, and the launch itself.

How It Works🧭

The founders decide what the product should be and who it's for. We make it real, keep it running, and keep them in the loop without asking them to read code. Decisions get written down. Testing happens together. When something needs a person's eye, it reaches the team where they already are.

Outcome🚀

Launched in September 2026. Hosts and brands joined from the first evening, and the founders run the marketplace from one admin page and a few Slack channels, with engineering on call the way a co-founder is.
